My cars belts was done at 18k but it was 5 years old, its now done 39k but in sept it will be another 5 years so i am doing mine after this weekend plus the aulx belt kit.
Just not worth messing about.
Dont know about that but the guy who owns the company used to work for Leada so many years of knowledge.
He just said that if i was to buy a set there would be a back up service if i had any problems rather than "there you go thanks for your money"

Not more money than sense, i just called them to see what sort of shocks they did and thought i would put a post up to see if anyone else had ever had the same type as i had not seen this before on a Clio.

They told me the parts dept have to go throught the workshop to get the tools as there is nothing in there parts list..
But when the workshop "techs" have no idear, what chance do you have.....lol

Only with the help of the guys off of here and there vast knowledge did i manage to get the part numbers for the tools i needed to do the job "right"!!!!!!!!!
I did say to the parts guy at Renualt "Bloody good when the customer has to give you the part numbers"

No not at all, i ordered the bits on weds and my wife pick them up this afternoon.
I got a list of the part numbers off of here as Renault "techs" where saying that you only need two tools to do the job.
Apart from that, a piece of cake..
I understand Fred and i dont blame you tbh, i have the locking kit now so i will have a go at doing it now.
Just could do with some step by step info....
