my 19 16v was a slow engine, this engine is quite torquey for a valver.

only breathers i can think of is the pipes that run between the 2 boots, and if its fluid in there, then its usually seals, which stop leak will do.

is the intake deffo leaking? if its not dont replace it. it may just be a manufacturing flash.

loose it all! i lightened my 172 to 940kg! WHat isnt needed for the running, loose it!

shove a lucas stop leak in it, got nout to loose as its money back if it doesnt work!

Trust me, i miss my 172, and i wasnt expecting the valver to be as quick... its suprised me by accelerating to the same if not quicker speeds in certain points. bare in mind the valver is actually lighter than the 172 anyway...

paignton mate, found it on ebay... then when it ended not meeting the reserve, i went there, told him what was wrong with it and how much it was going to cost to put right and got £350 off of it!

Well actually, the valver seems to actually be quicker above 80... terminal speed on my runway is actually quicker at certain points than the 172 was.

steer clear of super 4's. just get some NGK's in there.

also make sure that the track rod end is the same length if its a pattern part.

there will be a bung somewhere for it. Just go to somewhere like partco or someone...
