Servicing is around £60 a time plus parts, everytime its serviced you need new diaphragms anda coolant top up, and will also clear the ecu(for the lpg) of fault codes.
You will also loose about 5mpg aswell on LPG.
I used to do LPG conversions, as i said they have to be serviced alot more frequently, if they dont then the pressure sensor can go tits up and then your into mega bucks.
Either way you still need petrol to start it, and get the coolant to 60degs.The LPG is a liquid up until -25degs the reason...
TBH the Volvo engine is a shite platform to go with.they are only 120bhp. and the have a air flow sensor which doesnt help.
Why do you want forced induction? Plenty of power can be gained from the 1.6
Depends what LPG system is being run.It would have to be a multi-point injection system, as the mixer system just isnt effcient enough. The LPG system has to be serviced around every 3000 miles, as the condenser diaphragms(sp) get clogged up with coolant redisue and heavy-ends.
nah the damage on the front was already there, it got caused when it rolled into a gate, annoying when i had left it parked up for about 4hrs then, bang there it goes!
