if its just turning, put a jack under the joint itself and lift it up so there is alot of pressure on the joint to stop it from spinning.

i wouldnt pop the piston out. just wind it back in, then press the brakes slightly so it slides out, then back in and so on, just dont let it pop out.

its not just the strength of the bolts/balencing of the componants that will enable it to rev higher. there are alot of other factors in it. for instance the crank throw has a major part on it.

it also measures the braking effort in kg's.

the megane has the better head out of all of them, but you need to get it machined to take a dizzy. The megane produces 150bhp with milder cams than the williams. hence the most common mod is putting valver cams in them.

Yep mk2 golfs... Built like fecking tanks. But no structual/any metalwork damage, just alot of plastic!!
