powerflex is crap, the polyurathane they use is almost like plastic, superpro/superflex are the stuff you want to go for, it lasts alot longer, and gives the same qualitys as normal suspension rubbers.

The sensor goes open circuit when too hot, happened on my 19, easy to fix, just a new sensor.

try taking the idle control valve off, the black thing on the inlet manifold behind the renault sportsign, and clean itwith carb cleaner.

depends what car, and if its a solid vibration in 1st anda bit in second then yes this should resolve it, i cant be certain as im unsure what your knocking is.If its an Exhaust sounding/engine hitting the bulkhead style vibration this should solve it, otherwise, try just pulling the engine...
