lol @ the fuel guage!

How much isit for renault to fit the alarm to a 172? as mine doesnt have it. also, shift light, im assuming its onlu a couple of wires need putting in to enable it?

yea obviously use the old rubbers, and all the hangers are in the right position, which is always a bonus. It was from the supplier on ebay, but i phoned up. fits perfectly, even the standard exhuast used to hit the rear beam, but this one is fine! a mate has had his on his xr2i for over 2...

Oh it was fast delivery too, i ordered it on last tuesday, over the phone, was told it'll be a week, and it arrived on thursday!

sportex ones seem alright actaully, seems to have gained some power, but deffo hasnt lost any, its a tad more responsive aswell. clio 172 btw.

ive got one on mine, fitted straight on, you will need an exhaust clamp for the rear box, as both of mine sheered off, but otherwise no complaints, sounds pretty good, not too loud either, its got a nice tick over sound to it, and doesnt get stupidly loud in the high end of the revs!

yes it will fit, the spi one you need, and thats a lil steep price tbh. the inlet manifold would be ideally matched to the tb. no need to change the ecu etc. for head work ask BenR or Chris H on retro-renault.com

well ive had to go cheap lol, i bought a sportex system off ebay, really pleased with the sound, and fits perfectly!!

ive a laguna splitter on mine, i like it as it kinda matches the vents in the front bumper, heres a pic:

i assume a decat would get my 172 popping aswell.
