yep coming up on 124,000 now :S and whats this about yours being hardcore with no aircon... ;) ive got no aircon, no trip computer, no fogs, no auto shite (wipers or lights) and turinis... its a cup :) lol

if you can afford to use optimax its worth sticking to it, ive ran mine on optimax the last 2 months and put normal shell 95 in it the other day since im skint and it cut out when i started it at the petrol station, now its having starting problems ever since. might be related to somthing else...

i payed £400+ postage for my turinis in mint condition with no kerb marks at all with 2 brand new kumho tyres and 2 kumhos nearly illegal (got them replaced today) these were silver 172 cup ones tho!

in my opinion mine has more grip with the 16's but its a complete go-kart with the 15's you can really chuck it about!

not worth it in my opinion i could buy 4 chips for that price, thats 80bhp, doubt ur fan moves enough air to give me that sort of gain

yep no need to remove the bumper/grill just drop the car over the engine and do it that way, thats the way we done it when we had mine out, well not fully out just dropped down!

ive got 2, didnt quite make the claimed power gain, i only got 37bhp extra, not the claimed 40 BHP but allong with my Peco backbox and halfords airfilter ive managed to get 121BHP from a 1.2 16v which is impressive!! Note: i dont actually have a Peco backbox or halfords induction kit...

not into big wheels n fancy splitters n skirts n that but got to say thats VERY VERY nice mate, spot on not over the top but just right, looks more like a factory fitted kit! MK2 boot lock and remove the renault badge (could always remove the clio one too but i like them on) and it will look...

its a joke, im filling up my car every 4 days. yesterday i put £40 in the tank and when i started the engine after i had payed for it, the needle only went to the bar bellow full!! so it would have taken about £45-£47 to fill!!

looking for some info on headwork for a 1.2 16v, prices and what gains can be expected. i assume i would need (or would be recommended) to get a remap, can you remap the standard 1.2 16v ECU? just looking for ideas for throwing more money at the thing lol

i was £212 for lowered 60mm, alloys and induction kit although i then phoned up to get the induction kit removed from the policy and they refunded £65 or somthing and looking at my policy it says aftermarket non manufacturer alloys...

to be honest wouldnt go much over a 1.2 16v, mine handles s**t hot and for that exact reason i ocassionaly forget about me only having 4 months driving experiance and nearly put it in a field then calm down a bit for a week or so lol

thats about the same as i pay for my 1.2 16v @ 17 :(

yep full interior is done now - dynamique front and rear seats, dynamique door cards, dynamique rear pannels, dynamique gear knob, 172 carbon fibre look silver dash inserts, 172 aluminium look interior door handles. still got the crappy light coloured bottom dash, might get round to swaping that...

DCI80 would be a good option actually, especially if you remap it!

1.2 16v dynamique is a good car to start with, sort out the handling and it gives standard vtr's a go!

looks good, smoked back lights look ok and wheels suit the car, id get some clear or smoked side repeaters tho! not a fan of these splitters though they're too big and dont match the front bumper at all, looks out of place
