yep standard alloys are fine for insurance, and if its a Phase 3 which came in in 2004 with the 172 style alloys in 15" they look good! (see my avitar <----)
What about a Integra Type R DC5? cheap to buy, alot cheaper to run, handles brilliant and still fast?
or if your doing loads of miles and want comfort but still want a load of grunt then a Megane 225 or Golf GTi
i remember when i got my hifi speakers (B&W DM601 S3) they didnt sound all that great at first then once they were worn in they sounded alot better.
The volume problem could be them needing amped, upgrading to speakers with a cross over is going to need more power to amplify them.
sunroof was standard yep, Dynamique+ was electric model (think i recall yours is a dyna+ harry?) hardly any of them going about, expression+ was the electric sunroof model too

i had to use a hacksaw to get it off and then used a hammer to put it on and ended up knocking out the circlip holding on the gearstick and had to remove the exhaust then drop the gearstick down from underneath the car to sort it!
spotted C20 CUP (a 172 cup surprisingly!) it had a crazy back reg plate where it was cut out around the letters instead of being the normal rectangle shape, but it was on squint!

one thing to remember though is that a routers firewall only stops Incoming traffic, it doesnt stop outgoing traffic, so if you have a trojan or anything that wants to access the net from your machine it can, and that will let it open the port on the router to allow traffic in
best thing you can do with it is get it lowered to sort out the handling and upgraded brakes (although the brakes arnt that bad on them for fast road use anyway) then get a cat back exhaust and relocated induction kit.
