Got a bottle of T-cut to give my car a good polish as its got a lot of scratches and swirls on the paint. any tips on how to do it, ive never used it before. cheers

yeah i was looking at the relocation kit but i dont have a lot to spend, what about fitting a pannel filter and drilling the air box ive heard about that but can it do my engine any harm? what will the noise be like compaired to the K&N? because like noel-pilot i also find my 1.2 16V nippy and...

it comes with a pipe to give you a cool air feed. my mate got a Max Power one for his corsa for £20 and was just wondering if the K&N will sound any different

Anyone got a K&N 57i induction kit on a 1.2 16V clio? im thinking of ordering one tomorrow and just want to hear peoples feedback on noise, im not bothered about power gains but if i get any then that would be nice :) anyone got any sound clips or videos with theirs? cheers

i remember hearing a quote for £3,500 to supply, fit and turbo charge a 1.6 16V lump. not sure who it was that quoted it though, ill try and find out more

if there is too much oil in it ive heard about it giving off a lot of black smoke from the exhaust, not sure if thats true though, have a look.

id stick the original lights back on. K-tec do springs to lower it, £90 for -60mm all round or £85 (i think) for -35mm

my standard speakers were impressive for standard kit once the head unit has been changed. the renault HU has a crap power output. change the head unit then the speakers or both if you can afford to!

always check it with the dipstick every so often. i didnt bother because i just used the LCD screen on the dash which always told me was full. then one day i checked my oil to find it half way BELLOW minimum!

Fine with AVG anti-virus, XP Professional SP2 and Spyware blaster. still downloading....

Took it into Arnold Clark reno in stirling for a service/MOT and it kept cutting out at traffic lights and roundabouts after it came out, i took it back to them and they charged me £60 for a new coil pack which fixed nothing, took it back and they changed the spark plugs and gave me it back...

yeah thats the 1.2 16V engine my mum has, mine is the older style one with the grey plastic on top with renault 16V 1.2 on it. if this is the one there are 2 bolts on the top of the filter housing, take them out and pull the clip off http://img356.imageshack.us/img356/1286/1216vairfilter5dc.png

apart from that thing stuck to the bottom of the front bumper it looks really nice :D How much it cost you to get it colour coded? mine could be doing with it.
