Not used either mate. Reports arnt great from what i remember. Imo decent shocks and H&R springs will serve you well. Whatever you buy remember its going on your car so try not to 'save' money.

They get some stick but on my old cup they were more than fine.

Handling and brakes too? And as much as I love my Rb a white (with spoiler) looks better.

After having all the above springs mentioned i would buy H&R again. Ride is good, not to firm but handles and looks better. I run 15's so the drop could do with being a touch more, but thats £700 coilover money, which i won't be spending :)

I think the 200 has aged really well, the R mmm not so much, but such a capable car. 250.....Maybe one day.... :).

Clio will be going. Theres a chap selling a Red R26 for 6K, 64,000 Miles etc. But i do think the 200 is the way i'm going.

Just a warning that the chap is aparantly hard work lol.

Take it to another garage to check what’s been done. Unless it’s completely different to sports replacing standard shocks with aftermarket springs should be straight forward. @Djw John may help too.

If the shocks are the same, then something has been fitted wrong. Can you take it to a garage to check? Can you put the old shocks back on and see if it’s ok?

The ones specific to your car?. Where did you get the shocks from? Unless I’ve missed something....

If it happens on the road your driving way to stupid. Or your shocks have gone. On track yeah sure, get that with soft coilovers too. Lots use shocks/springs on the road including me.
