Ventured into the dark zone earlier. Got absolutely twatted. Managed a few kills when I first got in but got nowhere near the extraction point. Loads of enemies that were way past my level (10) making my guns seem like pea shooters.

Do they let you do this with the newer models? Don't they stop you doing that to the new macbooks so you have to but the memory from Apple? That's what I read when looking to spec a macbook pro earlier this year. Hopefully it'll not be the case the the iMac but could be worth checking.

I think I'll wait for a while before even considering one of these. You'll go to use it and have a 4gb software update every time, all to play an indy game of some sort. In a year to two I'll possibly get one when all of the niggles have been ironed out and the game catalogue is decent.

If you are shooting RAW then the machines in boots/asda wherever won't read it. You won't lose quality of you transfer the image from your camera to computer and edit it if you export it after editing at 300dpi for print. My images usually start at 24mb and export at around 22mb after editing.
