I've always thought that it's bloody pointless, untill I was driving on a pitch black motorway with no other cars around,
after a while the dials were doing my head in as my eyes had adjusted to the darkness and they seemed too bright.
Only time i've ever used them tbh as I don't drive at night...
I could probably fix it tbh, some of the self tappers have pulled all the way through the plastic,
so you can see daylight between the splitter and bumper in places.
I've done quite well to knacker a Skoda splitter seeing as they're damn near indestructable. :o
Hardly anyone on here is going to like the idea, let alone the reality of how they'll look.
But I have seen a few cars with 'ghost stripes' on them that I think look alright,
where the stripes are just slighty darker/lighter than the cars colour.
I wouldn't have them on mine, but that's just me.
1 : Slap bang in the middle
2 : 850rpm unless remapped then it can be a little higher, but normally under 1000.
It can be a little higher on start up untill up to temp.
Parked on Aldermans Green Rd 11:00am-12:30,
I was walking my dog down the Slough and drove past it both ways.
No CS sticker but worth a go to see if it's anyone on here.
I might have to get a new one, mines looking a bit worse for wear after rolling over too many high curbs in car parks.:dapprove:
Good job they're only £12quid. :D
Sh*t, I had a SERV light come on the other day, I haven't seen it since.
I always assumed it was telling me I needed a service based on mileage, as the car doesn't know it get's an oil change every year.
I'll plug in the RSTuner and see if it tells me anything.
That link doesn't work and when I copied and pasted, it gave me this. :S
It's raining and they're on slicks and you're asking why they went off track?
My guess would be Magic & whitchcraft.
My cam belt's due this year, i'll be getting a full cam, aux belt & dephaser replacement,
if i'm spending money might as well go all in and get the lot done, i'd hate to spend money on a cam belt service
and have something else go wrong that I could have had done at the same time.
Ah right, so professional knowlege is needed to do a good job it would seem.
I don't suppose you have any idea how much a total wrap of a mk2 Clio would cost to Joe public?
I don't know which looks better, the toned down white or the grey it has now, they both look awesome!!!
Do you wrap stuff for a living or have you taught yourself in your spare time?
