    You won't get 40 bhp from any map. Most you might get is 20. I had k9k engines

    did you do the oil pipes to the turbo if not you might risk damaging that turbo. they break for a reason. also the oil pick up can get blocked too.

    If you leave it to empty or let air in you might get it in the abs pump. Then you might need a dealer tool

    Clamp the flexi brake pipe at the rear not to tight.

    aux belt is over due and think on as it proberly needs its second belt hence people getting rid of them now on 04/54 etc

    check the air bag light works and hasnt been disconnected.

    How long ago was 69k and aux belt will be due please remember there 10 years old and will be due second belt changes.
