Yeah take the side panel off there 2 there and under meath the right hand sliver strip there 2/3 there. Take the left strip off and the rest is clips.

Bottom half of the dash comes off. It's 3/4 screws.

as martin said that hole is just a blank. looks like a selector seal is leaking theres also a engine oil leak

You need metal clips for the drive shaft. If I were you I'd fit a rubber boot and clean the joint out.
