Too much for something I don't watch! think im £90 or there abouts for a TiVo V6, 200Mb Broadband and a phoneline with no phone socket in the house lol
going to phone them tomorrow and go Internet only
If course I've heard of it, and driven one but very rarely do you hear of it mentioned much, I remember on here there was about 100 of the previous ones, every forum you went to people were getting them, but these days everyone just seems to speak about m140, A45, focus, Mégane, golf, civic etc...
couldn't have put it better myself, if I had the choice of my 220 trophy vs my 200 cup, 182 trophy, ph1 172 etc etc id take the 220 trophy every day doesn't matter if it was a B road blast, track day, commute to work, motorway cruise, doesn't mean the previous cars were bad, they were fanstastic...
Everyone complained about it because they don't like change, it was too much change at once, turbo over NA, 5 door over 3 door, auto over manual
I get reminded on Facebook memories every year around about the launch date of how outraged I was and how I would never swap my 200 for a 5 door auto...
I believe you should have had extra caster lower arms from the factory, weren't they were introduced for the 172 cup and everything from 172 cup on words had them?
Struggling for time as always! but was day off today so started to tackle the F4R, it had 15yrs and 65k of grime on it so stripped it all down, got the PAS and aircon pumps off it as im not using them, got the top end all painted up, need to get a shot of a Dremel to prep the bottom end and...
I used to get low 40's in mine going up and down from Scotland to Manchester for work and that was at 70-80 most of the way
on my fast morning commute mostly motorway and B roads high 20's, always in race, not that it really makes any difference to economy
you think so? After 12 RS Clio's, every one since the ph1 172 (excluding the V6 and original 200 EDC) I thought the 220 Trophy was light years ahead of them all, enjoyed it more than any of them hands down, the only car I properly miss tbh!
I bought the best 197 I could and it bit me a few months later, in all honesty if I was buying another id buy the cheapest, straight one I could find in the colour I wanted and just keep the rest of the cash for the common faults as they come.
doing an exhaust manifold on my mums driveway in...
Nothing wrong with the box it was the poor software that wasn't upto the job the 220box/software was fantastic, my mates golf R dsg was as good as the 220 trophy box as standard once he had spent a lot of money on aftermarket software for it!
wait till the b*****d starts breaking! After 10x MK2s i decided to revisit mk3 ownership after the first one bit me a few years previous, done my research, bought a minter, 9 months and thousands later it was sold!

my mate was looking for a cheap 172 for a project last year and put it on hold when he moved house, he's now on the look out again and said to me the other day he cant believe the difference, a year ago £1000 was getting you something that was a good enough base to work with and now even the...
Drexler do one, they posted about it on their facebook about 6 months ago
have a play with setup though, I thought mine badly needed one from day one with the factory SuperSports, I changed them at 10k miles for a set of Pilot sport 4 and it TRANSFORMED IT! had I heard it I would have assumed...
Got the bay cleaned up a bit this morning. Job for this afternoon if my 4yr old will amuse herself enough is swap the tank, fuel lines and get the abs, brake pipes and master cylinder off ready for the 182 items
Been struggling for time recently but had a few hours today so got the engine out so I can get the bay tidied up, master cylinder, abs and brake lines to swap next along with tank and fuel lines
