fully synthetic is best, always, unless your running in, in which the car would have come from the factory with oil for this purpose

tyre pressure seems to be personal preference really, i have 36 all round, its just what seems best for me, anythin...
ive used Redex/STP/Wynns, nothin made much difference really
however i tried the Wynns Xtreme version, and i reckon that one did make a difference and ill be buyin it again tomorrow
thats on a Bilstein Streetline kit, fitted at hill power, the front still looks a little high on that pic as it was taken the day after i had it done, and the springs/shocks hadnt settled yet.......

Dan, if you find out the NGK standard part code for your Williams, i can find out the other plugs available (e.g. gold/platinum etc...)
ive just ordered some NGK Gold Palladium plugs for my 1.4, should get em in the mornin
the thing with Super 4s is that because of all the electrodes it can hamper the flames ability to grow
but, they do have 4 electrodes so its highly likely they will always fire, an they last for ages
im runnin em myself at the moment
oh yea, an NGK R plugs arent a specific type of NGK...
yea, definitely ring up, he might not be the best with computers but he knows his stuff when it comes to cars, an hes happy to chat with customers on the phone
those prices are a bit high for 195/50s id of thought, only slightly though, but on a lot there available a good £10+ cheaper per tyre

Demon Tweeks sell a digial speedo thing, it can replace the whole dial panel
its in the Motorsport catalogue, though it might actually be in the normal one now
ive gone from 13s to 15s
now using my GPS gatso detector, my speedo seems to over read by about 3mph
i.e. it reads 70, my Snooper S6-GPS says im doing 67
just tell Nick which mods you have an he will map a chip to suit
you can send him your ECU through the post and he will chip it, but it would probably be worth goin there
