LOL!! i cant imagine how long or big a hill that took as my remapped 100 with twice the power wouldnt do over 125mph and my dci65 wouldnt do much over 100

im in germany regularly mate, i wouldnt dream of doing they sort of speeds on UK roads!

im bored of fast cars too, i always said id never get like this because the difference in running cost between my 1.2 and 172 wasnt that different, then i got a DCi and the difference was massive, massive enough that my un refined, 172 with no toys that is quick has too many trade offs compaired...

i never used to rate them but these days i usually recomend dell, well built, generally very quiet and nice and reliable

i beleive around 2005 non sport clios moved to 1yr or 12k but then at some point they then put them back to 2yrs or 18k. my 2010 dci is 2yrs/18k

my ph1 had its cambelt kit changed but only an aux belt, not a kit, tensioners and idlers were 11yr old when i removed them as they were grinding lol

182 manifold is the best mod i done on my old ph2 172 paired with a K-tec 2.5" link pipe decat. drivability was much better

Update, ill put a final post in the dealers section once this full process is sorted. so it went in today what i hoped for the last time to have the high level brake light sorted on the spoiler. got it back, spoiler not fitted correctly, massive gap at the roof. it goes back in monday.... lol...

how u feel on 17s is how i feel everytime i drive one on 16s. Driving possition didnt bother me for years but now im used to my GT i need to get a set of buckets and small wheel for the 172 i think

what a rip off that sounds, i just paid £70 at progrip in falkirk to have eibach camber bolts supplied, fitted and a fast road setup on their hunter system took john 2 hours as he was talking me everything he was doing and educating me on suspension setup lol but he just charged me 1hrs labour...

i was close to doing it with my old 100 but traded it before i got round to it, needs bottom arms, ARB, hubs, brakes and suspension so not quite as easy as it sounds but not exactly hard!

from memory the K4M airbox is right at the back above the exhaust manifold, id look at running a 172/182 or even better a ph1 172 airbox setup with a custom inlet hose
