Thank you. As ive always said, its far from mint. Its now on 112.5k. Pretty good for its age, but a few scuffs, chips, swirls, etc here and there. But im not interested in getting it clean. I want to get it mechanically good (its pretty good atm) and a few mods/tinkering along the way.

I changed my ball joints on my 182 recently and needed/fitted12mm. I believe its non sports that are 10mm. I got mine from GSF. Fai are a fine brand. You cant buy ball joints from renault separately, they come fitted to the lower arms.

Honestly though, get some cola. Not the real stuff either, the cheap stuff and let it soak. Itll help and cost less than a £1 for a few 2ltr bottles.

Yeah, theres no grooves on the collar for a C spanner. It just uses man muscle. I'd use cola to unsieze the threads on the collar if there seized, to make it easier to adjust the ring.
