inside the car, pop the trim pannel off, theres a connector, unplug it now remove the 3 torx screws holding the mirror on and remove the mirror.
the glass then pops out, i just used a screw driver to do it if i remember correctly (been a while!)
you can then un clip the mirror plastic cover...
