10 mins to fix. The plastic lever slides onto a metal bar. The metal bar then locates on another there is your problem. By looking at other seat you will see exactly what you need to do. Srewdriver to prise bar back into correct position;)

You have pulled the lever out of the mechanism. That little plastic lever is £30 from renault;) Sit in back, shine torch into area, you wll see a metal lever will have popped out of alignment. Look at other seat for reference. If seat won't lock into place fully this is the cause.
