you have a 12month guarantee, o2 replaced my K750i after about month and a half. Basically as long as they send you the same fone, ie. you cant ask for a new one, they have to replace or repair it, aslong as its within 12months.

Yeah plug it in via USB, then use windows explorer to get to the others folder in MMSMC (or something like that), basically its not in the DCIM folder. Put the file in there, then go to that folder on your phone, when the cable is unplugged, and click install. And hey presto. Cheers for...
