External Hard Disk Drives

Im hoping someone might be able to help me. Im going to get a present for my dad for Christmas, he wants an External HDD.

Thing is, he wants it to be ethernet connection, rather than firewire or USB. This is so that he can just plug it into his Network switch, rather than have a PC on all the time.

If anyone can suggest some products, that would be great.

pc world sell them... I know you'd get them cheaper online but you want to be careful... may have problems with delivery dates this close to xmas. Also it's easier to exchange it if there's a problem

Got myself one of these a couple of months ago: LINK , put in a couple of 250 GB HDD's LINK set it to mirror and never looked back. Really easy setup, requires drivers though and only works on windows OS's, but is really verstile and lets you put what ever drives you want in there.
