i get the same running 200wRMS x 2 12inch Subs and a 2x160wRMS amp. "Bothered" :P Power cap would fix this then?

it says on the boxes of the seat covers in motorworld "Do Not Fit These If You Have Side Airbags In The Seats" So i would say no.

i didnt have rear speakers in my authentique, u just have to run the wire to your headunit.

if its any help, my mate had a JVC head unit in his punto, and it skipped like a b**ch. He got a pioneer head unit, and it dont skip....possibly the head unit?

Yeah SPLx are shyyyyat. Although if you have to, 10" boxes are being sold for 20£ a piece at MotorWorld (source: BRUN) and you would be hard pressed to make a box, carpet it, for this price. So there it is. (PS. Splx are pants)

my 1.2 8v can do 400miles on a £30 tank of petrol. Motorway driving. Normally get about 300-350. Although its great on fuel, its not terribly fun to drive, as it takes AAAAGES to get going. I have driven a 1.2 16v Clio as a courtesy, and that beat the nuts off a mates 1.4 12v bravo...

only thing that put me off that pioneer is the fact it cant be removed from your car. i got this one, Pioneer DEH-5530MP. 4x 50w and 2 RCA Pre-Outs. Plays MP3/WMA CD-R and all that guff. Cost me £150 inc. P+P. Really happy with it too...

my pioneers are great. Alpine make pukka head units, but have heard that their speakers are pretty gash.

if the light is on its an MOT fail. I read somewhere on here that you have to wire a resistor to the airbag wire or something. To trick the car into thinking the air bag is there? Not 100%
