yeah i got the pioneer DEH-5530MP and can have no complaints at all. This looks like a solid head unit mate.

good head unit choice, cant go wrong with the pioneer. I got a 5530MP and am well impressed.

i got a set of these in the rear of my car. Really impressed with the quality of them. They can handle alot of noise.

i got some pioneer TS-G1348 - 13cm speakers. Got em from motorworld for £30. They are pretty good, can handle some punishment. I just need to uprate my front speakers now.

1.2 clios rule! ;) As u have a CD player, alloys seems to be the best bet m8.

i drilled a hole thru, then filled it with a grommet. Just be careful not to drill through anything important, IE. brakes etc. Horrible noise mind....

i got a new clio and have put alloys on it and put some new ice in it. If the issue isnt due to the alloys say, then they cant turn round and say "its because of the alloys"

13cm mate, or 5.25 inches. what you got is a mk2 facelift. some places call it a mk3.

he probs means mk2 face lift. they are 13cm mate, which is 5.25 inches.

35£ motorworld do adapters for that price mate most stock sony anyway. They also fit speakers and everythin for £20. Ur being ripped off it sounds like.

yeah no book for mk2 at the minute.

i find this too, and go with the velour interior making me charged. way to stop it happenin is, as u open door, put hand on roof , foot on floor and get out. then u should be fine. I normally am.

when i read the post, i thought the member was dead...phew. sucks about the car though, glad to hear the airbags are worthwhile though, made me angry that i cant get bucket seats but this has put it into perspective. Hope you get back on the road soon m8ey
