machine polisher with a hard pad and some generic polishing compound.
Machine polisher with a soft pad and Scholl swirl remover.
Impossible to say without getting g the side skirt off to have a look.
Budget £5/600 to have it repaired and I don’t think you’ll go far wrong. But if you want to be 100% sure, the skirt needs to come off.
I will say though, that Rainsports whilst amazing in standing water and a very wet track, will literally shred themselves as soon as the track starts drying out.
Still got this! Still smashing the miles on it. I’ve done nearly 200 in it today and a mate is now using it to do 150 miles. still been 100% reliable and comfy.
im going to change the oil to 10w40 as it’s using a bit. Not a lot, about half a litre every 1500 miles but it’s old and it’s done...
If the battery is dead dead, then we disconnect it, but if it’s just a car that’s been parked up a while and we want to top it up, we just leave it plugged in.
I’ve had a ctek charger for a little over 2 years. I can’t remember the last time we switched it off. Been a brilliant bit of Kit and we move it from car to car daily and it’s still working perfectly.
Same. I remember vividly chatting to my mate when they were all floating about at around £12k.
“When they get to £6k, we’ll buy one and lock it away for 10 years”
that day never came and they’ve gone up and up year after year. Gutted.
