I've never seen an iceberg ph1 in the flesh before the one I just bought, I had an iceberg mk1 RT years back, but that doesn't count!lol! I have however seen loads in phase 2 flavour
mines started stepping out finally, but that's with 2 in the back and ditch finders on top of the rarb and only in the damp......but it does do it!lol!
knock could be exhaust, try undoing the 4 bolts on the top engine mount and sliding it as far forward as possible, see if it helps
and tbh, that could be the other issue too.

Tom - Ai it's changed a bit under Danny's ownership last 7 years nearly, I acquired it month or two back. It's still F4R'd and the iceberg is here to sacrifice its loom to get JWC running again. I've also got a quaiffe'd box...
to be fair Lawro's attention to detail is simply outstanding, the lads a genius at the little touches and you wont find a cleaner bay.

Fair enough, perhaps I should of added the age old disclaimer 'don't try this at home' or whatever.

I've tried all sorts, went from yozza to standard to milltek to standard to janspeed to standard to RS192 that's on now
I prefer the RS192 tbh, the others droned more I found than the RS192 (milltek and janspeed were both the silenced versions) and I've always run a cat.
I usually drown it in gunk, leave it for a bit, agitate with a brush and then pressure wash the bejeesus out of it with it running. usually it cuts out so leave a while, whip plugs out and empty water etc from wells then fire it up again
will usually run lumpy for a bit till it warms up and...
Nope,never all taxed etc,used in 2's as that's enough insurance :)
And why would I want an m3? Maybe more comfy but slower and hell of a lot more expensive to run ;) and tbh bmw ain't my style :)
