lovely lovely car and so glad you're all back in love with it. would of been a crying shame if you'd felt funny after the incident and lost the feel for it :)
if the crank pulleys worked loose hopefully its just dropped the timing and the cranks spinning and the belt isn't so engine with any luck will be okay
however, I would agree with the above and give Mick at Diamond a call and get towed to him
disagree, they worked fine for a year, just recently given up and I really miss them, when they worked they only had the occasional spazzy moment where they went onto 'furious w**k', usually when the rain stopped!lol!
I've had all sorts over the years, but currently on:
182 - 15" Williams wheels
MK1 - 15" Superlegs

right so its a straight cut case, my auto wipers are fubar then as the first click just puts them on a permanent set pause wipe sequence even if there's not a cloud in the sky
its all one sensor isn't it? is it just a case of swapping it or does it need to be sealed to the screen somehow for...
Mine seem to be not working
I need to get this straight in my head too, if the auto lights are on, the auto wipers are also on and will work when the stalk is set to first click ('intermittent') and look after themselves
if I turn off the auto lights, this turns off the auto wipers and means...
the only Renaults I buy now are on at least 100k, that way you know whatever could break probably already has so someone else has already picked up the bill ;)
if you don't really really love the pug, sell it and money well spend on track prep on the clio with change to actually pay for a track day (most expensive bit really!lol!)
