That eye sore is Absolute bobbins and I’ve no interest at all.
EV’s won’t be properly mainstream in my lifetime so I’ll just carry on driving exactly what I want until I’m too old and die.
I have sold 30+ cars per month for the last 18/19 years. That’s a f**k load of cars. From 90’s Fast Fords to Clio V6’s, to Classic Jags. I cannot remember a single person checking an engine number, not one.
Been Cleaning cars to various standards for the last 20 years.
The brand I always go back to is Autoglym. Yes there are better products out there but like you say, for speed and ease, they’re a hard brand to beat.
Gents, I can buy a brand new (but technically secondhand) IPhone XR 64gb for £400.
Is that a worthwhile purchase? My 6S is dying within 4 hours now and it’s laggy as f**k.
I loved mine. But my wife had to drive it every day and hated it.
I genuinely believe that the dci’s are the best car that Renaultsport have produced. No cambelts to worry about, the clutches are proper strong, they go well, they’re reliable, good on fuel, fast (once mapped) they’re great...
I recently did a qashquai (sp) boot handle and spoiler in black. Came out absolutely perfect! Plenty of light even coats, left in the sun to dry on a hot day. Looked brilliant if I’m honest! Lol
The engines are the strongest part of these cars. They’re bomb proof of looked after properly.
I’d personally go on condition and history over what the speedo reads.
Just about to get one done.
Cambelt kit, Aux belt kit, water pump, coolant, oil/filter, Dephaser, cam end caps, new bottom pulley bolt.
all in for £620.

Thinking about this all day, and im done with Renault’s I think mate. To maintain them properly is M3 costs. The hubs, the belts, the rot on the older ones, it’s just mental.
Greetings all!
I’m wanting a cheap bit of fun for a bit (daily is a boring diesel barge) I’m properly torn between an Abarth 500 and a 197. I will do the odd track day in it but mainly just a bit of fun to use when I haven’t got to take lots of stuff to work and don’t need the estate car.
I’m...
My mates one had decays and a Wortec exhaust and sounded absolutely brutal.
I actually made a small child cry when I was showing off with it once thinking I was cool. I was not cool and her Dad definitely wanted to hurt me.
As someone has said, I detest Vauxhalls, they’re absolute s**t. But...
