it was years ago i bought it, just search for universal intercoolers and find one that fits the space you have available.

There is nothing off the shelf so you would need to make something yourself. I use a cheap eBay one and it works wonders

to be fair I've never tried running without it but it detects the cabin temperature and adjusts the climate accordingly so i assume it needs to be there! You could relocate it though!

All you need interior wise is the temp sensor in the roof panel at the light, the controls in the car along with obviously the heater matrix and heating box etc.

DCI100/ph3 1.6 16v rear beam should be a straight swap iirc?

exact same issue on my 182 van, was rear left ABS sensor worked as normal above 5mph including kicking in when required, no lights on dash, looking at live data on diagnostics showed it wasn't reading any speed though
