as ive said a few times on here, my mate had an ek9, would i swap my 172 for one, nope never.
if i had an ek9 would i swap it for a 172, nope.
sidestep, ek9 is fun with the LSD, mega high rev range and noise.
172 has much more torque, is quicker day to day because of this when your not in...
honestly mate one of these and a 172 what a combo they make!! ive never driven the 172 in 6 months right enough ive used this daily since then doing all my miles, my mrs has a 1.6 16v dynamique like you and on a straight its bit quicker than the dci but on my daily commute to work on the...
got a snapped spring on the 100 so fitted my old sportlines from my 172! yeah!! what a difference now! turned it into the car it should always have been!
yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!
thats how i reacted going thru a bush into a field at 85mph in a gsi corsa lol lucky we didnt roll lol just came out the other end!!
lol dont know about the fiesta but i know with the diesel clios they may be slow but they run sum ammount of boost, my old dci 65 used to run about 16psi or something lol its over a bar!!!
im dying for a shot in one my bird has a 1.6 16v dynamique mk2 clio and it goes really well!! these must be brilliant with the extra 20+bhp and higher reving engine
na mum is, she has no interest in cars so i usually pick them, hence this wee beastie lol.
the rev counter is infront of you behind the steeringwheels, speedo fuel and temp guage etx all in the middle of the dash, actually quite good when you get used to it.

1.2 16v 140k - ENGINE DEAD BY THIS POINT!! pissing out oil everywhere from rocker cover, ran like a pile of shite but went really well lol! used about a litre of oil to a litre of fuel lol.
1.5 dci 65 155k, ran like brand new!!
mine was fine for a year with a decat, dont know if 2004> cars are different though.
i got good gains from exhaust and filter on my 1.2 16v RR at over 80bhp
i raced one and pulled on it slightly in a straight line, my clios far from standard though, a standard clio will be slightly slower. remaped astra, bye bye! they are fast when mapped, dont handle very well though lol (ive driven one!)
as most of you know my mate used to own a standard engine wise one. my 172 used to pull on it with ease but thats running 190bhp/160lb/ft
i recon standard vs standard it would be very close.
handling wise, personally i wouldnt say one is better than the other, low speed tight corners the...
the only reason id do a conversion is to NOT declair it if i couldnt insure the real thing, wouldnt be doing a conversion then declairing it.
my mate pays £200 a year to insure his 1 litre corsa that some how wheelspins in 4th gear as it overtakes everything in its path lol
as title what other clutch will fit it so i can get an uprated one, i know it uses a similar series gearbox as the 197/megane 225, do these or uprated versions of these fit?
