Only got them on the back at the moment so I cant really say....back end seems stable tho, will definatly be getting them on the front too when my Proxes bite the dust.
sh*t, bad news pal:cry:.....keep us updated on how badly its pranged. At least no-one was hurt and with your knowhow and connections Im sure getting it back in full working order wont be too heavy on the wallet.
^Agreed itd piss my right off for a while but youd get used to it after a while and prob wouldnt even notice.....until you try to overtake that van doing 50 mph on twisty(ish) road!;)
Id agree that most of the time a 172 will be faster than a Williams....however there are exceptions to that rule, some F7r engines make a lot more than the quoted 150 bhp.

I would expect the 172s power to give it a definate edge over 100 but they vary so much- Ive heard of 172s running between 14.6 and 15.7 up the 1/4 all standard(ish)...
Er, yeah it was, rev limit determines the top speed on most williams/2.0 valvers and mines been raised to 7.1k so you can get some pretty impressive speeds......
Id say the condition/servicing/mileage can have a big affect (15 bhp or more) on the F7R engine...if you get a good one (with breathing mods) I imagine it would be as quick if not quicker than a 182...
2live I didnt go today, I was feeling rough as fvck when my alarm went off at 6:45 (supposed to be there for 8:30) plus the fact when he tweaked the fuelling last time he claimed 140atw and it only turned 129atw at the r/r day = Me going back to sleep till dinnertime!
