    My 2003 DC5 Integra Type R (Bulid-ish thread.)

Couple of vids from Brands Indy yesterday... It was a smashing day, even though the track was greasy as fook, and my rear tyres were freezing cold at all times. I didn't do any filming in the morning, it was like driving on ice. 😂 @Philip. when you coming south for a trackday?

    Honda Integra DC5

Yep, factory xenon/hid type job. Common thing to be at fault is the ballasts IIRC, yet I've not had any issues (yet!).

    Horse Power Old vs New

HUGELY subjective. Concours / 'true' mint = Big bucks.

    Horse Power Old vs New

Cossie wins, every time. Gains points for keeping the interior standard, and not having gash quad headlight conversion.

    Top mount woes

Don't get me wrong, mine we squeaky - but only stood still turning the wheel. Everything was tight, and everything was new, and people said it was normal. So I left well alone. :)

    Gear leaver extention options?

You could probably fab something up to bring the head nearer to you. Not sure how reverse would be selected though.

    wishbone bushes life

New wishbones are cheapish, and they come with bushes & ball joints. Definitely worth renewing them.

poor handling /steering responce.. any suggestions?

If you buy new wishbones, they come with fresh bushes, and fresh ball joints. Chuck in new track rod ends, and rack bushes. It'll feel a lot better.

    182 Cup - Bilstein B14s vs OEM & Springs

B14 is by far and away the best suspension I've experienced for a road-going Clio. More compliant and far more comfortable than standard or eibach shocks/springs. And the grip levels were incredible, so much confidence as it felt like the car was planted on the road, rather than perched on top...

    My 2003 DC5 Integra Type R (Bulid-ish thread.)

So, the biggest giveaway on the whole car for it's 12 years and 90,000 miles was the steering wheel. So I fixed that. Looks really really good in person, tidied up the interior muchly. Just waiting on my RAYS now. :smilingimp:

    Common Electrical Failure Points

If you've still got your airbag ECU in the car, get someone with a diagnostic tool (Clip / Autologic etc) to delete the airbag via software. Much better than dicking about with resistors IMO.

    Common Electrical Failure Points

A buggered battery will do this. Especially when it's cold. Airbag and SERV light can be the connector under the passenger seat.

They've been around for over a decade in the Honda scene. Can't say I've ever read anything bad about them.

    iPad 4 - Cracked screen

I did DIY the other week on my iPad mini, if the glass is smashed it's a complete f**king pain in the glarse. I wouldn't do another, I'd go with the 50 quid option if it's recertified original Apple parts as opposed to cheap Chinese fakery. Some areas of the screen I have now, require a good...
