I ran 25mm all round on my Cup, for a little while. One of them failed, so I binned them off. They weren't cheap ones either, they were Eibach. Some seem to run them on track cars with no issues, but I won't use spacers again. :up:

IMO the dogbone poly bush does sweet FA. Do it properly, get Vibratechnics. Hands down the best thing I did to my clio. Ref. fitting incorrectly - I think the trick is to start the car with them slightly loose or something, didn't fit them myself mind you.
