Ooops forget to make it clear that Im refurbing them for selling so I thought they would appeal to more people in silver. Got a spanking new set on the Willy.:)
I got a set of Williams wheels I need to get round to taking to be refurbed but I was wondering if I might be better getting them done silver instead of gold as a lot of 16v owners prefer the wheels in silver. Opinions?
Tried to get the tracking done on mine a couple of weeks ago and mine was seized too, he told me to bring it back when they were less busy to sort it. He said it was toe out too but not enough to cause any problems driving it.
Im having a problem with my rear brakes locking up every time I apply hard/ish braking, Ive had the rear lowered recently and I presume that the valve thing hasnt been adjusted and my brakes think Ive got 3 passengers in the back, is this right? Is it easy to adjust? I need to sort this, my car...
I want to get more power out of my car but Im not sure if its worth it, 1700-1950 pounds to get headwork, cams and ecu. A lot of money for 20-30 bhp, add nitrous and it might be quick but Im having an urge to buy a Cup and tune that instead.
I am getting some new front discs for my williams and need to decide between these. http://www.bbperformancetuning.co.uk/products/department.asp?deptid=102http://www.bbperformancetuning.co.uk/products/department.asp?deptid=102
Which Tarox ones 40 groove or drilled/grooved?
K&N is probably only going to give you a nice noise, power increases are over estimated imo. I had a K&N on a VTR and it seemed to reduce throttle response at low/medium revs.
Not too hard in the Willy, went to turn round in the back yard at work did a quick 180 turn at maybe 15-20 mph and when I went into work my mate told me I was 3 wheelin.:o
