Does it have air-con btw (and does it work)?
The transmission tunnel must get in the way of the missus doing any dirty deeds on a long journey, bit of a deal breaker tbf!
Have you fitted a turbo to your door?
I think the TVR looks great, you are a brave man for using one as your only car. I personally could never take the risk as i'm convinced i'd be one of the horror stories! I am also far too much of a hooligan to be trusted with one.
Yeah, i love the AMG version.
The traction control is better than they used to be on Mercs. I've been to Robb Gravett's courses a few times now and the 350 versions they use are quite fun, and they make a great noise.
The old man has got himself another hairdressers car! To be fair though it handles considerably better than the old one he used to have, but this is a bit gutless. Its an SLK200, no idea what engine it has, dog slow... but love the wheels on it.
I used to get 120mph on the clock in my 1.2 too, on that massive downhill stretch... like a ski jump!
Didn't someone once have something broken from the factory, valves or something?
He said he hit the kerb at 50mph!
Most of the pics aren't mine, but thanks anyway ;)
BMW replaced a broken spring a couple of weeks ago, which may not have helped the car either. I am going to get a new spring to go on the same axle as well so hopefully next time out she will be spot on.
I'm sure most of those photos exist because they were rescued and restored.
My race instructor found a Miura in a barn in Italy, made mega money after restoring it to SV spec.
