i had the same on mine whem i bought it and wanted to remove it. i just kept soaking it it hot/warm soapy water and picked it off with my fingers. not too sure if thats frowned upon but worked for me with no dramas. i didnt try any other way so cannot comment on heat gun etc.
clio badge is clipped in so if you remove you will have to fill the two holes behind it. the renault & sport badge are just glued on. just replace them with the new style 197 or megane 250 badges

pop out the hazard panel with flat screwdriver, unclip the button from behind then push through. simples
(you wont damage the panel unless you proper jab it in.)
i got a tunepoint. just plugs into the back of my standard headunit and velcro'd under the glove box. you can connect ipod/iphone and still have stalk control, although i use a flash drive pen on mine. great bit of kit
