Finally think I've cracked it!.

I think I've finally found the cause of my rattle/grindy noise.

Wipped the Aux belt off after work today, to check over all the pulleys as I was sure the noise was coming from that area.

My PAS pump sounds shot, I presume they shouldn't sound like this and there's slight in and out movement on the pulley too..

you having problems with the old girl fella, havent heard from you in a while, dr jekyll tells me you removed the decat from your yozza? and whats going on with your motor so far, i saw the rattle, but im no mechanic sorry.

You could say that lol. I just done a cambelt/aux belt and dephaser change. That didn't cure the rattle, although the dephaser was noisy anyway. So took another look and found its the pas pump so I'll be doing that as soon as I can get hold of a pump.

I did remove the decat and sell it but now I feel like a bit of a t**t because I've just bought an RStuner so I can put the pops & bangs calibration on it myself... which means I'll probably get another decat. lol doh!.

How you doin anyway mate?.

£53! thats half the price of other quotes i've had. Am I missing something here?.

pops and bangs.....all i can say is that im jealous lol love the pops and bangs, next will be a flamer kit for you wont it.
well im getting mine decatted soon, ive taken a fancy to the boy racer noise so i cant wait, the only thing holding me back right now is that i still havent got round to phoning me insurance, because they shut at 5.30 and i finish work at 6pm, bummer lol. Any way hope you get it sorted fella, be good to see you down on the next meet "london tunnel run", hurry up an sort the rattle, and anyway dont worry about the rattle if you put the decat pipe on again you wont frigging hear it lol

lol and there was you saying you didn't like loud exhausts the first time i met you.

Got my pas pump off and got a new one coming tomorrow so that should sort it.

Don't need a flame kit lol the overrun map gives you flames.

I seriously think we should do a tunnel run! The only tunnels worth it are the blackwall and dartford
