I would personally go for a Williams suspension conversion and go from there.
I agree with Martin, conversions only make sense if you have the know how to do it yourself. Otherwise it is a case of more money than sense.
Can your finance company not arrange it to be transferred to another car?

I think at that mileage you have to start worrying about the dampers. Did you check them for leaks as the rears do tend to go? As mentioned, wheel bearing failure is very common.
There are plenty around, drive a few i'd say.

All these different spyware programs catch diffferent things. It's likely you have a whole host of s**t on your computer.
I'd go on a techy forum to see if you can find out exactly what the adware is.
If it was standard, no it wouldn't be, but considering the amount of mods then i guess it's not bad value.
Not that i would want most of that s**t on it.
