^^^ - this. That will cause you issues. And a lot of plug extensions have surge protection built into them. These cause issues too - you should always plug powerline adapters straight into the wall socket. My old house was built in 1863 and probably had electrics that weren't much newer. ;)...

There's your issue m8. Intel must use the closest HSF units to crashing that they can get away with. When I first got my i7 setup - I tried mild overclocking to begin with. If I went as far as a 5% OC over standard, the PC wouldn't even get to booting Windows without complaining of overheating...

Tried the demo last night of this and thought it was so-so. Love the concept of long sprawling road-based maps, but the cars felt like they were wafting along on a cushion of air. Probably will pickup when it gets cheaper, but certainly not worth full whack price imo. D.

It was a European game though. And you know what those people on the continent are like. A few cogs short of a full gearbox. ;) Not quite as random as Purple Saturn Day. Now that required crack to play it. D.
