    relocating the battery is one way around it but i don't really want a battery in my boot or footwell. lol. and smaller batteries don't hold their charge very well. i looked into it last year but i found no point in doing either. and they both cost money. removing a single pipe is free :)...

    i wasn't bothered about a performance increase. wouldn't expect it to. dosen't seem a noticable decrease, just a nice sound. i was just wondering if i will get any cr*p in my airbox

    i have taken it out completely, i removed the acoustic valve about a year ago anyway.

    my milltek (with cat) pops when cold. not half as much as when it was decatted. it was easy to make it pop then, and bang. lol

    if its due to warm air... i cant see how as the intake is not far off from where a maxogen sits. and the feed is a lot bigger when the pipe is removed.

    as everyone knows... disconnect the air feed pipe from the airbox (the one behind the headlight) and you get a nice induction sound :) is this safe to do? cant see it being too much of a problem. will more debris get to the filter?

    you will be struggling to get 15bhp more with £600. you will need over £2000. i would get an itg maxogen. oz ultraleggera's. lowering springs. will be over budget but worth it

    if you want a drop and ride comfort, sportlines will be best for you. prolines don't really give a drop. this is mine on prolines then on apex the apex are going back on next week. goodbye high and smooth, hello low and bumpy :)

    rear discs inc bearings and abs rings £175.08 + postage costs from k-tec brake pads £15 from halfords that's about £200. where can you get the discs with bearings and abs rings cheaper then? obviously yo can use a non abs disc with no bearings, press the old bearings and abs rings on. but...
