thats fair enough.
saving for a house atm, looking to buy in 12 to 18 months so no spare cash :(
if i still have the 182 in a few years and i have some spare money, i might look into further mods.
cams, itg maxogen and a remap would be worth it. along with inlet matching.
don't expect a huge power gain, but it should drive differently and it should be smoother through the rev range.
i wouldn't bother spending the money trying to tune it tho.
yeah iknow what you mean, the black wont stand out. but i dont want them too. i just want them black, clean and shiny.
im into the stealth look. i can see you are too ;)
lol.
i will be a pic ***** when my car is sitting lower again, wheels are getting sprayed darker and black calipers. all happening soon :)
love the car tho mate
if you replaced it for standard ones again it will prob just sag again. you will either need uprated/stiffer ones or pack it with socket bits.
done it to mine, works a treat. lol
lol, i know.
i can see the funny side but it looks rubbish.
and ppl get slated for putting sport badges on a non sport, is this the same?
would be fun to put them on to fool some chavs but would that make you as bad as them? lol
pretty much the same car anyway tbh, just depends what you want in a car.
if you want luxuries get a ff182 or 172. if you want cloth seats, no aircon etc get a 172 cup. if you want to pay less and don't mind having an older model get a ph1 172.
ok, cool. they do look nice on stripped cars.
yeah once its jacked up a little you will be able to put grease under the rubber. mine used to squeak, this fixed it. needs white grease tho, so it won't perish the rubber. best to get a spray can of white grease, handy suff
they do nothing anyway, i would take it off.
to stop squeaking. undo the nut. jack up slightly and spray white grease on the rubber. jack down, retighten
