If only I could lock next doors kids in a parked car!
I've never driven an r26 but I did have a 225ff and a F1 team wirh remap and neither were too shabby. I would definitely say it needs the cup suspension though. I imagine most 225's have been modified by now though.
Looking good. Is it totally impossible to capture the sparkle in alien green in photos? I was really surprised the first time I saw one in the metal as they always look flat in pics. This may be why more weren't sold in AG!
So no boost for the yella cos you fell in love with the donor, classic! For any drive space left? I think you'd love a twingo 133[emoji23].
When you do gut it, give me dibs on the brembos please pal.
If it's still got the spongey stuff on get a hair dryer on it and carefully peel as you heat. Getting the glue off should be easy then.
Are you sure they're not holding the bumper together though? Who the hell uses that many to mount a bloody number plate??
His replys sound pretty genuine to me too. Many a folk would have named and shamed all over the internet by now, giving a decent trader a chance to fix issues is the manly thing to do. I hope it can be corrected to your satisfaction.
How do the yokos compare to the nsnkang ns2r? I'm getting 15's and want to run some decent tyres for sumner. Don't think I'll get on track this year but don't want to burn through tyres too quickly!
I was told black gold is pretty hard, but the r26r is deep black, not black gold. Maybe renault skimped on the top coat, weight saving n all that.
Must be gutting to be without your new car for a week, see it pristine and then have this days later. Don't take the evo to him @Ant1!
Had a fiddle with the brake pedal switch yesterday and managed to solve the stability/serv light fault. Cruise control is now working again too.
New wheels should be here this weekend, just gotta decide on a colour now!
