Yep that's the one. Good it in with the pliers and screw it in quite a bit, then live the ball up with the cup and screw it out to push it home in the cup. It can be a bit fiddly to get in but it will go, I've done 3 or 4 now.

Get an adjuster off ebay, it's easy enough to swap it with some long nose pliers.

Who drives in their socks though? Seriously if you had your clogs on there'd be less chance of that happening?
