I think it's just the mk2 and 3 ones I have lol but I'll check when I get to my computer.
Good stuff writing up a torque guide though. I just got an android phone and it was one of the first apps I downloaded.
You seem to have a lot more room between the battery and the headlight for the filter to sit in than I do. Even with a bigger battery! May have to go do some investigating on mine. There's loads of room for the pipe to go through but the filter seems really tight in the space I have.
The only big bills on them is the fuel system. The high pressure fuel pumps can fail, and they're expensive to replace (they run off the timing belt too so there's a belt change going to be involved), but then the fuel system is an expensive part of all modern diesels.
It's pretty hit or miss...
I'd go custom. If you're not bothered about them being flow matched for an even flow out of each exhaust, then it wont be too expensive either since there's only the cat and backbox for silencing on a dci. The rest is basically just a straight pipe with a bend to get it over the rear beam. Not...
Diesel injectors need to be coded when they are installed. If you have swapped them around then that may be causing some issues.
A decent diagnostics system that'll read the fuel system on these tends to be expensive. However for reading more simple codes, cheap eBay code readers do the job...
From what I've seen of that Soft 99 stuff, it's not THAT bad. For the price of it, it gives pretty decent beading and the longevity of it seems reasonable too, although to say it gives 12 months protection is ridiculously optimistic IMO.
Sounds to me like an injector/fuel pump related issue to be honest, but I guess there's no harm in checking the EGR and cleaning it out if need be.
Do you have access to any sort of diagnostics or a decent code reader?
There is ways of doing it on those, but it requires changing DNS settings in your router as they cant be changed in the Chromcast itself. Depends how much effort you want to go to really. Do you have an android phone by any chance? You can stream things directly to the Chromecast from any phone...
Considered something like a chromecast? Probably a better (and cheaper!) option for what you're after.

It was the Vertex Plus R2 I was using and I've never really thought it was that bad a drive. Certainly still quicker than a high end HDD, but the general view seems to be that the likes of Samsung drives are a lot better.
Don't know what the ins and outs of it are, but they do perform better...
Ahh cheers, that explains it. I was expecting it to be able to polish marks out the glass so just discarded it as useless after it didn't really do what I wanted. Will need to give it a go again some time.
This sounds like a stupid question, but what is the actual purpose of glass polish over a normal glass cleaner? I have the AG stuff but I tried it once and it didn't really do much.
I'm properly picky about startup programs and things that are running anyway lol, so I always try and keep it to a minimum, with a few exceptions. I've always watched what I install on my pc too, and tend to try and keep any HDD's defragmented, clear the registry, temp files, unwanted s**t every...
Was never that clued up on how SSD's work in comparison to HDD's with regards to them slowing down, so that's good to know! I suppose if it comes to it, I can just start installing stuff on the HDD and I'm assuming so long as the drive letters never change it'll work just fine.
I'm fine for space on the SSD. The OCZ was only ever about 70-80% full before I had a bit of a clear out, and now after my clean install I probably have about 70% free space on the Samsung!
I only got the OCZ one as it was going properly cheap when I built my PC a year or two ago. It done the...
Yeah I've got that just now, all my docs are on the 2TB HDD.
I'm trying to figure out if it's worth splitting my program files and windows files between the 2 SSD's I have now though, or just keep it on the one SSD.
