pretty certain they wont fit, as i think the mondeo pcd is 108, might get away with wobbly bolts? When your modding your car just make sure you dont get tooo carried away with 'stuck on' bits, makes it look a bit cheap. I'd save up for a good set of alloys, suspension, exhaust before anything...
thats what im doing :) powerflow will do you a good deal on a full system and sports cat, they've done the sports cat for 150 cos i bought it with an exhaust.
you cant achieve any gains from a stainless manifold on a 1.2 16v, i looked into it a lot and spoke to some very experienced people who all said no point (including charlie at pro speed)
I'm gonna get mine dyno'd soon with a stealth system, sports cat, and viper so will let you know the...
on a non sport mk 2 clio i was told it would give no gain, as the clio already has a 'performance style' manifold so they cant make it any better. for the money you'd pay for one i'd spend it on other engine mods
350 is a good price. i wanted one on my 1.2 as its blowing and was quoted around 500 including fitting (custom made one)
i was told by tonnes of people theres really no point. so i didnt bother
the replacement panel is better than the renault item, as long as it is kept nice and clean. not sure on the viper as i dont own a 172. i have a viper on my 1.2 and it looks good and improves the response slightly - dont think id bother again in all honesty.
i cant get my standard trolley jack under the car, so i simply drive the car onto some conveniently sized pieces of timber ive got to give me enough clearance. i know that fred drove it onto some old brake discs which worked a bit better :)
spring / summer. theres another wheel i want which is very similar, so its a close one. wheels arent cheap, but its the entire look of the car so it's gotta be done.
sadly i doubt i'll be able to get any corporate sponsorship and hence a chunky discount, but ill keep trying :)
as stated, johns a top bloke and will give you the best price no matter what. The reason he takes so long to reply is that a) he works single handedly and b) when he does respond its not a half arsed reply like most companys give. John makes people feel like their custom is important unlike some...
you have to jack it up, remove the wheel, and then adjust the height. so its not a massive job. haven't got any pics of the splitter, its just a seat ibiza cupra one cut in half and then trimmed down tonnes on the edges.
toyota corolla - give me some credit LMAO
my splitter is probably only 2 inches max, and i cant get onto normal ramps at the local garage. never catches during normal driving or in the multistorey, however it did when i had my larger splitter on which was about 5inches deep.
