mk 2 ph1 clio in white, big white multispokes and a huge 'rallye clio' sunstrip lol To be fair didnt look THAT bad, but please if you read this get rid of the sunstrip!!!
got this on mine now:
shaved it down now so its a tad smaller on the edges, and painted it in matt black. also pulled the edges in so it sits perfectly flush with the bodywork.
nice addition in my opinion in my opinion
if you werent that far away id swap with ya lol
could do with some standard ones ready for when my car goes into the bodyshop so that i can get them tinted like my old ones.
modding your car is your taste and as long as you like it thats all that matters :) all i would say is PLEASE take off the sport badge, its not a sport, i can genuinly see why sport owners would get annoyed when people put them on 1.2s. Afterall they paid a lot of money for that badge
cant say ive ever looked on mine for that problem. but will start checking now as youve made me paranoid lol
only inconvenience is that i still havent got round to sorting a bonnet catch so i have to wedge a piece of wood in, which isnt the safest thing in the world. i also had to run a...
go to b&q. they sell solvent remover which is suitable on paintwork with the exception of cellulose. if its standard metal it will be two pack lacquered and as such it will be fine.
otherwise use white spirit or petrol.
you will need to wire them in as they arent the same.
see this thread to make sure you've done it right:

is this the one your referring to?

not sure if it fits mine, bit confussed by the info on it. would the one that fits mine be the 1.2i one?
just been to powerflow and it now seems that my manifold has decided to blow. It a 53plate with warranty remaining. Next week powerflow are going to be reverting the exhaust back to standard. As such what's my chances of getting it repaired under warranty?
Also, seeing as they almost...

well if you buy them for 30quid, you'd probably have to buy the 2.0 16v badges as well so 60quid in total. spraying is around the 100 mark so its still 160ish to do them yourself.
180 fully sorted is quite reasonable considering he has to make a profit lol
if you mean bumpstrips (down the sides of the door) then yes they are a direct fit as alot of people on here have done it.
dont know the price from renault, but i know cliospares charge around 180 for a set sprayed in your colour. you can get them off here unsprayed for around 30-40 but would...
good thing about doing the mods suggested is they're not over the top, meaning you could easily strip it, and sell the bits or you could prob get away with px'ing as is.
i'd defo colourcode it, i had my 172 bumper on for a while with out it being colourcoded and it made the plastic bits look awful and faded. I'd mod it exactly like that photoshop :)
not even renault uk have any sense, they pratted me around just as much as the dealer when i was investigating my seat problem. At least you could talk to them without wanting to punch them though :)
