Autosol metal polish. You can buy metal sealants and things, but not a lot of point. It's under the car, and unless you're trying to impress road kill, no one will care ;)
Exhaust wise, aside from polishing, not a lot you can do. Heat and salt will always tarnish the metal, but aslong as it's stainless, it aint going anywhere.
Just stick a few layers of wax on the paint and leave.
Old old thread, but I'm sure Daniels had a couple of Vees in stock since starting colshe?
Tough call between the two, completely different cars. I'd go with the Vee though, purely because it's just that little bit more "mad" than the cossie.
Went through a good 4 month period of hating my car this summer. So much so that I couldn't be arsed to clean up the burst pack of frosties in the boot for 3 months. Over a course of paydays, I'm slowly fixing the problems I'm having with it.
So did you say anything to the lady driver, or did you wait till she left, take pictures and post them on the internet? Just a quiet word would have sufficed I think.
Does no one understand that the sporty clio has always been a revvy naturally aspirated engine?
The valver, williams, 172, 182, 197 and 200 all have an N/A engine, turbo charging a clio would ruin what it's all about.
I can understand the frustrations of those who had their cars infield! Lots of people leaning over/opening things up/leaving marks. The concours 5gtt had a lovely mark where some one had run their fingers all down the bonnet. Makes me glad mine got left in a field for the day.
Other thing...
They were awesome. Most things at that time of beer would have amused me though! x
Did I?! I thought I spent all night telling people where there shoes were?
The "nay surrender" at 3 in the morning was what did it for me tbh
