Erm... the idea is to keep brake fluid constantly flowing through the brake lines, so that air doesn't get into the ABS pump. Nothing to do with diagnostics.
Bubbling suggests that it's coming up from underneath the paint work, so you could wet sand, but you'd be going through the paint to sort the problem ;)

it'll sound quicker, but there's barely any difference. Most standard cars I've seen at rolling road days, out perform those with induction kits and exhausts.

What has happened, is you have increased the rolling radius of the wheel, which means to cover the same distance on the 16's, as you were covering on the 15's, requires less turning of the wheel. This tricks the odometer into thinking you've done less mileage, when in actual...
