Touch-screen? Ouch. :(
I was going to suggest picking up a spare screen off FleaBay and fitting it (done it a few times, not the most enjoyable job, but straight-forward enough). However, I'd suspect that a touch-sensitive one would be muchos £££ to buy?

Cheers m8! Yep, I roll with the keyboard & mouse! :)
As for the Ace player, according to this I have 28 of those. No idea if that's good or bad or not?!

Just come off my fastest Rush game ev-a!
On Port Valdez again as the Russians on an official DICE server. It was done and dusted in little over 5 mins. I got a K/D of 8/0 on there, but was nowhere near the top of our team. Like Scutch says, there are some serious pros out there - in particular...
Imagine fitting current-day graphics in those? I'd be taking out a standing order from the bank to play it.
The detail on that yellow stats page on there is pretty damn impressive for 1990 tech too.

....bloody Yanks and Japs getting all the best kit. Mind you - my inner g33k at the time would have probably foregone any GCSE revision and racked up s**tloads of debt in order to play them. ;)

I actually preferred Kane's Wrath to C&C3 on it's own. Some good missions in there too. It does what every good expansion should do imo - add and develop the game that it expands upon.

Another convert. :)
If you're into being part of a squad - it sounds like Scutchio on here still plays BC2 on the 360. Might be worth teaming up with him at some point? :)
Had a good couple of games (well, four hours worth - lol) on Saturday afternoon. Did pretty good on some, but got shown an...
The very first Ghost Recon games were a test of patience, patience, not smashing the PC to bits, and patience. As all the enemies spawned on the map in the same location, it was just down to the player to learn where they were. However, large amounts of trees and undergrowth made that process of...
Parked up on Shadwell St. looking rather epic. I think it must have been you that brapp'd it through the centre a bit later on when I was getting my front tyres changed.

FLOL! It can become a 'slightly' expensive habit! :)
Your system performance should be nothing short of amazing with the 2nd 580GTX in there! Give C&C4 a try by all means, but C&C3 pisses all over it imo.

.....3 points for each one I reckon???
Ended up with Pirelli P-Zero Neros. Not exactly my first choice - in fact if they are like any of the Pirellis that I've had in the past they will be great for about 6 weeks and then need replacing again. ;)
Decent stuff for 205/45/R16's seemed pretty...
Word of advice - stay clear of C&C4 - lol!!!
My god - it's absolute turd. The whole ethos of C&C is base building. Christ, Westwood Studios kick-started all that with Dune 2 back in 1993 and the C&C series built on that very foundation.
What you have here is a simply a combat game. Churn out...
Titan Quest, m8. I think it's still on Steam (the Gold Edition) for £9.99. If you liked Diablo (or that type of game) then you'll really like this this. Massive replay value in terms of character development and skill trees too. If you bought the Gold Edition - simply start the game with the...
Yep - both parts of C&C3 are definitely worth it imo. Your system will absolutely rinse it too. Even with my lesser Crossfired 4890s, C&C4 simply flies along at 1920x1200 with all settings on Ultra. :)

Which games have you played where you've really enjoyed the dialogue or actions of an in-game side-kick?
One that springs to mind for me was Alyx in the Half-Life 2 series. Also, Sweetw*ter in the single player campaign on Bad Company 2 - the M60 totting geek. ;)
Recently, probably the lich...
I did get C&C4 in the sale as it's the only one I've not got. I got C&C3 and the Kane's Wrath expansion on release - which were really enjoyable on the SP campaign mode. So far C&C4 does seem a little weak and a bizarre departure from the core elements of what made the C&C series so great.
I'm...
I've never driven either car. But I can honestly say that stood in front of two perfect examples - I'd be drawn towards the Pug 205 first. I'd want to know what the fuss was about and whether or not driving it would put a smile on my face.
I suspect that the RS200 (while being a very capable...
I've found the MG36 and the MMG perk to be a good combo. Not so much up close, but it's a brilliant suppression weapon I've found. Some of the random kills I've had with it have been pure BS - firing at a red marker in the distance - only to have "You killed *****" appear. :)
That said, the XM8...
