Probably. But they will have to provide for the hardware limitations and gamepad inputs of the consoles too. Back in the days of BF2142, they never had to consider that.
That said, I'm far from saying that console owners should be deprived of the next Battlefield installment. What I do have a...
Yep, they've appear to have dropped the ball in recent years. It will be a shame if they do go under tbh - or simply a footnote brand to some MSoft phone division.

^^^ - that's why I don't understand why a lot of players shunned the weaponry in BF2142? No lasers or energy beams - everything was based on ballistic weaponry. You had the option of secondary fire of shotgun rounds or rockets. Standard grenades, EMP grenades, sniper rifles, hover tanks. Nothing...
You know what? I think that's it for me. I got the exact same feeling in starting New Vegas as I did with beginning a DLC from Fallout 3. Sure, I wanted to explore - but it didn't hit me in the face with a "WOW!" feeling like it did when I first left the Vault. I shouldn't dismiss New Vegas in...
I'd love too - but there is no chance for me this time around. :(
I've got two new tyres, service and quite probably a clutch to swap-out - all before I head to Scotland on a road-trip in early May. My 182 will be costing me enough as it is! I've done the Evo Triangle though - thoroughly...
Probably played in vehicles or as a camping sniper for the most part. My average lifespan is around 76secs in BC2 at the minute - and I'm a definite vehicle wh0re. That said, did he ever actually fire when he was driving a vehicle?? ;)

Just on 35 myself m8. Every now and then I get a 'spike' in the points. Picked up nearly 12k in one game alone the other night, including that 100 grenade kills one you got the other week.
Also just spotted a AH-6 Little Bird in Josh's third pic above. Fecking awesome if you get to pilot those...
^^^ - some great pointers in there. A little miffed at the just '4 classes' again - I really did prefer multiple class types rather than 'one-man-army' classes of the more recent games. Customisation trying to keep away from pink rabbit hats? Me-ow - take note of that Valve! :)
BF3 team's...
Scutch, Scutch, Scutch. Seriously - try to get on a PC running keyboard and mouse. It's like comparing a bag of chips to an exquisite five-course meal. The tiny and precise inputs available to a K&M player, make using a pad seem clumsy and really quite frustrating. It's annoying as hell for me...
I have to agree on that. I really like my 182 (I must do as I've kept it over 6 years from new!) but having driven my m8's Ph1 - the older car felt a lot more urgent and eager to get going. I'd love a Ph1 solely for track usage.

Very impressed with it so far - even more so how they've managed to get the game running smoothly on such a relatively underpowered device. I've got a 3GS, but apparently it looks much better on the iPhone 4. Well worth the £3.99 that EA are asking via the store.
When it launches, the game...
Hopefully they have learnt from the Pwn-Plane from BF2 - which was the Chinese J-10. That thing was just too good compared to the other jets. They also need to add decent amounts of AA - something which is severely lacking from some BC2 maps where the choppers can fire from range with impunity...
Re: Bomber's Savage Supercharged Snorting Slut of a Ph1
I've never understood why chains aren't used more often than belts on pretty much anywhere on an engine? There must be a good reason (noise perhaps?) but it does on the face of it, seem to be a more logical to use chains? Or am I being...
Lol - just come off a Training Day game against the bots. Finished 92/19 on the K/D ratio. When did I do the best? Simply picked a corner and crouched with the M60. Kills a-plenty. Pickup the care packages of extra ammo and/or Cobra and see those kills going forever upwards.
Naturally online, I...
Pretty good that actually!
The HL series to me has a definite unique feel about it. I think HL2 was one of the first games I recall where NPCs within the game actually tried to help you out - and often paid the price for doing so. It gave you a real sense of desperation - like the Combine were...
^^^ - definitely this. I've got my 182 going sideways proper during two periods of its life. Both involved me, the car, snow and the liberal use of the handbrake. It wasn't panic - I had plenty of space to 'play' and see what the 182 would do and how it would behave.
In normal conditions - even...
